& Francesc exchanging ringsOur friends and family all commented on how impressed they were by you, our celebrant. They were impacted by the uniqueness of our ceremony and how it  'touched all bases' regarding our love, marriage, us, family, etc. You were truly 'there' from day one, making the legal requirements a breeze and your accessibility for questions or concerns was second to none. The process you have in place for the preparation of our ceremony was so impressive and provided an opportunity for us, not only to assist in writing our ceremony, but, in reflecting upon and our love, and intentions for marriage and the wedding was more thorough and useful than our pre-marriage counseling in many regards! Jennifer Cram, Brisbane CelebrantHi Jenny, Daryl and I wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for the time and effort you put into making our wedding ceremony something to remember. The way in which you weaved the special moments in our lives into the ceremony and included Daryl's children was just perfect for us. Daryl said his favourite part was the surprise song at the start - he was stunned that we had managed to keep part of the ceremony secret from him and said it was a very special, emotional moment for him!  We have had innumerable compliments on the content of the ceremony from our guests, the most flattering of which, or rather the ones that mean the most to us, were from those who said that that it was "just so very Daryl & Ash". I said to you right from the start that we wanted a light-hearted Group Hugyet meaningful ceremony that wouldn't bore the guests to tears and you gave us just that. Not only did you deliver a great ceremony, you also made sure all the paperwork was taken care of, were always on time for our meetings and even made contact with our photographer to introduce yourself and give her a heads up on the "special" moments during the ceremony. We spent a considerable amount of time looking at various celebrants, because we knew that the ceremony would set the tone for day - your ceremony set the scene for what continued on to be a most wonderful occasion, so thank you Jenny, from the bottom of our hearts, for being part of our special day. Kind Regards- Daryl & Ashleigh  (Children of the Sun!), who married in the Hall at Old Government House in a ceremony that was "traditional with a twist". Before Ashleigh made her Daryl's two children walked down the aisle and stood hand in hand with their father as they watched Ashleigh walk down the aisle. After the intro and a few sweet words directed to them it was a time for a group hug before they went and sat in the front row with their grandparents. At the end of the ceremony they participated in a Truce Bell Ritual, adapted for the family.

Our ceremony was everything we hoped it to be and more. It reflected us perfectly to which our guests have since shared these thoughts with us. Our atheism was well represented in a thoughtful way that was respectful to other’s Maree and Jon with their mothers

Dear Jenny, Thank you so much for performing our wedding ceremony. It felt like a real celebration and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You made everything easy to follow and of great assistance. Our guests also mentioned they really enjoyed the ceremony. Thanks. - Kirsty and Paul who married in the Rotunda at New Farm Park in a Warm and Wonderful Weekday Wedding ceremony filled with love and laughter. A stylish addition was the birdcages they hung behind them filled with tiny paper cranes, just some of the 1200 Kirsty had folded to decorate the ceremony space and the reception.

Everything just went really smoothly. Jenny was very flexible and adaptable to change of venue and time. The added extra she included was also a lovely surprise. - Erin and Lachlan who married at Flying Duck in the Roma Street Parklands.

Jennifer was extremely helpful in getting of the associated paperwork [Prospective Spouse Visa] completed. Her assistance was invaluable. We chose to have a relatively basic ceremony, which was well-handled. Jennifer's calmness and friendliness helped make Marlene and I feel relaxed and allowed us to enjoy the ceremony. Jennifer related to our guests and family so well.  - Robin and Marlene who married on the top of Limestone Hill in Ipswich in a late afternoon Warm and Wonderful Weekday Wedding.

You communicated very well with us and went out of your way to ensure the ceremony and marriage went ahead despite flooding in Brisbane. It made us feel important and special. The vows you wrote for us were lovely, including our special son, Osian. Couldn't have asked for a better ceremony. Thank you.  - Sarah and David, who married on 12 January 2011 - the day the Brisbane River reached its highest peak in the recent floods.

Hi Jennifer, Ian and I would like to say a very big thank you for performing our ceremony on Saturday. You did a beautiful job and we loved everything about the ceremony. You made our day. With many thanks - Ian and Tamika xx. When their original venue went under when the Brisbane River broke its banks on 12 January, Ian and Tamika had only a couple of days to find an alternative for both their ceremony and their reception. The Bearded Dragon at Tamborine could help out and the day turned out really well, with a lovely new setting, and a very happy, relaxed ceremony including a unique ritual developed for the occasion, as reported in the Gold Coast Bulletin

presenting the rings to Fiona and JoshDear Jenny, We can't thank you enough for all the hard work and dedication to every little detail that you have put into our ceremony. The day turned out better than we could possibly ask for and is sure to be a fond memory forever for the guests and for ourselves. You were able to provide confidence and reliability the whole way through and put our worries about our wedding plans at ease. Guests have commented on how well the ceremony was put together and were also very impressed by your confidence and organising skills. Thank you. - Josh and Fiona, who made the arrangements for their wedding from Sydney and married at L'Esprit on the Water after a last minute change from the planned outdoor venue when it became apparent the day before that thunderstorms and heavy rain had set in and the covered area they had planned to use as their Plan B could be quite dangerous because of surrounding trees. Because I don't book multiple ceremonies we were able to move the ceremony back by 2 hours to coincide with the start time for their booking at the venue.

I also think that after a wedding you sit back and really look at where you spent and was it worth it. I’m sure most couples do this as everyone’s looking for value for money these day and I really do think I got more than my money’s worth with the lovely ceremony that you performed. - Kristin and Turama chose the Warm and Wonderful Weekday Wedding level of service for their wedding on the 10th tee at Wynnum Golf Club.

The fact that you involved the guests in the ceremony and didn’t treat them as an audience was a great touch too.  We received a lot of great feedback from our guests.   Overall, you were great to deal with and made the experience enjoyable. - Ana-Maria and Wade whose No-Fuss Intimate ceremony was held in Captain Burke Park with the Kangaroo Point Cliffs in the background.

I chose Jennifer Cram from her Internet Website because she had good knowledge of immigration procedures. She was very friendly and replied to my emails thoughtfully and in depth. I was a very disorganised bride, leaving everything to the last minute, but Jennifer helped me so much. Her service was beautiful and arranged around the fact that we had not purchased rings. Everything was done with so much care and thought. People commented to me how lovely and not boring the service was. Jennifer made our day very special, and I'm so grateful for how talking to Jennifer helped calm my nerves. I feel grateful that fate lead us to her website. Best Wishes and with Love from Louise and Michael xxxx, who married at Reid's Place at Scarborough.

We really appreciate all the effort you put in, especially with the short amount of time we had. Thanks again - Amy and Fraaz, whose intimate wedding, surrounded by family and friends, at a private home, included a purpose-created unity ritual.

Jennifer, We received the wedding certificate today and wanted to say a big thank you for your work at our wedding.  We really appreciate your help to write the ceremony and your professionalism. Many of our guests mentioned that they really enjoyed the ceremony because it was so personal and true to the spirit of Josh and I. On reflection, your most important piece of wisdom (in addition to don’t make jokes that would stop the ceremony) was not to remove Arlyn and Kate from the ceremony when he cried. It was extra special to have them both there and walking out with Arlyn at the end of the ceremony was the perfect touch to commemorate the official declaration of our family.  Cheers - Anne and Joshua who organised their ceremony while overseas, and held it in the rose garden at Hillstone St Lucia, incorporating their 2 year old, family and friends, and hummingbird symbolism.

When Monique and I decided to get married in Australia, it was a very scary step for us. The only wedding knowledge we had was from movies. This made the event planning even harder. During our planning, you were always the first to respond to our replies (no matter how early/late). In the weeks leading to our special day, your guidance and wealth of knowledge helped us with writing our own vows and love letters. your thoughts and ideas of how to include our family, who could not be with us, in the ceremony made the event truly unique. Your unforeseen and new challenge that was included in our wedding ceremony gave us many laughs. It will be an event we will enjoy telling to our children. After attending a wedding six months after her own at Indooroopilly Golf Club, Melissa sent the following reflection:

Hi Jenny,
Well its been almost six months since Andrew and I got married. We both went to a wedding last night and I felt compelled to write to you today. Last night's ceremony was nice however I couldn't help but notice the celebrant lacked the attention to detail which you had. Throughout the ceremony I wondered if she considered the following:

  • her dress choice - which was red, purple, orange and yellow, low cut and bright.
  • the music - which was cut off mid-song when the bride arrived.
  • the PA system - there wasn't one. It was an outside ceremony and I missed some of it because I couldn't hear her.
  • the pink lacy bra she was wearing which we could see, in all its glory, when she bent forward to light the candle;
  • did she consider the cheap fluro pink plastic folder she had her documents in?
  • did she consider where she was standing - I couldn't get a good photo of the bride and groom because she was in the way!
  • the ceremony content - I left the ceremony thinking.. Where did they meet? How did they meet? who are the people in their bridal party?

I don't mean to be disrespectful to the celebrant of last night's wedding. Unfortunately for yesterday's wedding service, all these minor things added and I walked away dissatisfied with the service.  I didn't think about these small things when booking your services and I certainly didn't think to ask about them... but I sure am glad you paid attention to detail. Yesterday's wedding has highlighted the standard of professionalism we got from you leading up to and during our wedding day - it was the best service we could have imagined. Our guests commented on how personalised our service was and even commented on your emotive responses on the day. I am so pleased they remember you for all the right things.  Although I sent you a 'thank you' card after our wedding day I just felt compelled to write to you and say thank you again Jenny. I wonder if I'll ever go to another wedding ceremony and actually see a celebrant who has paid attention to every little detail like you. You helped to make our day memorable and you've set the standard high. Regards, Melissa

Our Warm and Wonderful Weekday Wedding with Jenny far surpassed what we were expecting. When we deciJane and Euan who were married at the Roma
Street Parkland in a Warm and Wonderful Weekday
Wedding conducted by Jennifer Cramded to “elope” whilst on holiday in Australia, we had thought we would be having a fairly dry ceremony in a registry office but Jenny’s service meant that what we had was very much different from those expectations.
As we were organising our wedding from overseas, Jenny’s professionalism and attention to detail was key.  As we were unfamiliar with Brisbane, Jenny helped us choose our venue and provided us with internet links and photos of some of the places available. She gave us step by step guidance regarding all the Australian legal requirements and her prompt and complete communication was excellent, removing any worry at our end.  She anticipated our questions making the process as easy as if we were in Brisbane!

We particularly appreciated her thoughtfulness and “thinking for us” by leading us through the process to enable us to collect our official certificate from the Registry Office in Brisbane, rather than us having to wait for it to be posted out.
We were both very moved by the ceremony itself and it was Jenny’s small, personalised touches that really made it so special for us. We would very strongly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a celebrant! - Jane and Euan who married at Roma Street Parkland the day after they arrived in Australia.

When the whole ceremony came together on the day we both knew that this was as good as it gets. Our guests were pleasantly surprised by the ceremony and for us they felt equal players on the day. Because each person had a chance to speak we had no need for speeches @ the post-wedding meal! We felt totally supported, even when we had moments of blankness and forgot our own names. - Pam and Paul who travelled from England to be married at Mt Pleasant in an informal intimate wedding.

Dear Jenny, Thank-you, once again, for such a lovely and for us perfect ceremony! Many people commented on how special and different it was, and how much they enjoyed the personalised style - especially the wording of the ceremony!! It was created perfectly for us and that was recognised by everyone there. It was a perfect evening and wedding. We also enjoyed the lead-up. Thanks for your patience and utter professionalism! - Amber and Leonie who travelled from Germany to celebrate their relationship with a handfasting at Sassafras Café at Paddington.

the Brisbane Botanic GardensThank you so very much for your efforts toward such a very special day and wonderful ceremony : )   I truly can't imagine having done it any other way and your style and approach really set the tone and helped make the magic of the whole day.  Overall, I am absolutely impressed by the way you operate - the unique tailoring of the ceremony, the prolific resource base and well thought-out considerations you helped us manage.  I also very much appreciated the surprise and lovely hard-copy of the ceremony you prepared for us. You looked fabulous on the day as well as shaped how things traveled, without having to overly direct us. If we have cause for celebration shortly down the track - it will be lovely to have you lead this.  In the meantime, I have already been promoting your fabulousness to various couples who are commencing their wedding plans. Sincerest thanks and affection - Megan and John who married in an intimate ceremony held in the City Botanic Gardens

Living overseas but deciding to have our wedding in Brisbane meant we had to put our trust in Jenny to do most of the work. We only met her face-to-face the evening before our 'big day'. Everything was perfect. She made us feel so at ease. Thanks Jenny The whole experience was wonderful. The work you did (and we did) to formulate the ceremony was something neither of us had thought about having to do but really made us feel involved. - Tony & Anna-Marie who nipped across from New Zealand for a long weekend for their intimate wedding.

It was so personal and full of love the memories of that special day will stay with me forever. Everyone was inspired and moved by the ceremony and commented on just how beautiful it was. And an email from Candice herself:
I'm so sorry it's taken so long but we do want to say a huge thank you - everything went perfectly on the day and it wouldn't have been as spectacular and romantic as it was without all your help and expertise.  Words really can't describe how amazing the day was and how special we both feel.

Your understaning and patience with use in the design/drafting phase was very much appreciated. Thanks again - Ruth and Tim who married at Spicers Hidden Vale.

Thank you for making our Moroccan/Bellydance themed wedding come together perfectly! We wanted something original and unique, while keeping that "traditional" Middle Easter feel, and you gave that to us. Thank you! - Maria and Jeff who married in a sumptuous theme wedding at the Everton Park Hotel.

Your attention to detail made the ceremony special to all in attendance, and especially to us. Quite a number of guests commented on how they liked the ceremony structure & content, as well as delivery. The Ring Warming was quite a hit too. You were so helpful when we met, and that help continued through development to delivery - which made all the difference. We knew we were in the hands of a professional & had no need to worry.  You make a complex job look simple and do it with a genuine warmth - well done. Dan & I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your contribution to a very special day, and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to any friends or family. I don't quite know how to put into words
how beautiful our ceremony was! Every guest has
commented on how they felt included &
involved - which was our No 1 criteria that we
asked you for. The way in which you weaved our
story into the ceremony was perfect & there
was not a dry eye in the house - either from
laughing or crying. It was absolutely everything
we could have asked for & more! Thank yo for
                        making our day perfect.

Alice and Murray reaffirmed their vows in a candlelit ceremony in Judy's garden.

Jenny, Steve and I would like to thank you for making our day perfect. Coming from another state and dealing purely by email couldn't have been easier. Prompt responses to my emails put my mind at ease & showed me that we had picked the best celebrant to perform our ceremony. Jenny, you wrote the vows perfectly and said them with the passion that was required. When we first met you on our day you were so lovely. Words can't really express our gratitude for your professionalism. Thankyou thankyou thankyou. Would recommend your services to everyone. - Angie & Steve who married at Roma Street Parklands on a stopover during a cruise

Jennifer has been an awesome marriage celebrant throughout the entire process. She has been very supportive and understanding towards both of our needs. Hi Jenny, My wife & i would just like 2 send u a very special THANK YOU very much 4 all of your help & blessings on our special occasion, thank you.- Ian & Dianne who married at the Bush Chapel, Queens Park, Ipswich.

Dear Jenny, I'm sorry that this testimonial is a long time coming – it seems that there is just as many things to do after a wedding as there is organizing one!
Kurt and I would like to sincerely express our gratitude to you and all that you contributed to our wedding. As I mentioned above, we initially viewed the ceremony as the boring, legal part of the day that you had to endure before you got to begin to enjoy and really express yourselves. With you as our celebrant, this was not the case. We both thoroughly enjoyed our ceremony because it was personal and heartfelt, and a very clear reflection of the feelings that Kurt and I share for each other. The thought and the planning that you had clearly put into our ceremony meant that it really felt like it was all for us – there was no hint or indication that we have done this a million times before!
Every guest that attended our wedding has since told us how spectacular they thought our ceremony was. They loved the stone pouring and the love letters and most had never seen either of these rituals done before. And speaking of the love letters, I highly recommend this to all couples for your future ceremonies. They add a personal touch that I can’t even describe, and for some, it may be the only love letter they ever receive from their new husband!
Thank you again for your patience, persistence and good humour throughout our entire wedding process. One of the photos I have attached is of you speaking, and if you look in the background my niece Gracie is behind you pulling on your microphone stand. I like this photo because I think it is a great representation of the service that you provide. As with every other aspect of your professional and obliging performance for us, you happily pushed on with your job despite the obvious interruptions.
Because of the love and personality that you bought to our big day, you will always mean a lot to us both.
Thanks again,
Beth & Kurt, who married at Indooroopilly Golf Club in a ritual-rich ceremony .

Thank you for our wedding ceremony, it was perfect. Our guests have commented on how different our ceremony was and how they really enjoyed it. From our first contact with you until the end of our ceremony you were there to answer any questions, helpful information and ideas. Thank you again for a perfect wedding ceremony (and a great start to married life). - Mandel & Troy who married on the deck at Forest Lake in a ceremony that included Mandel's daughters.

You made us feel very involved in all aspects of the ceremony. We were very happy with the whole experience. There is not one thing we would change (even the laughing). We had our guests coming up and saying throughout the whole night that it was one of the best ceremonies they have ever been to and that they have never been to one like it before. - Kristy and Brad, who married in a very happy ceremony at Woodlands of Marburg

I was able to go into the ceremony knowing exactly what I wanted to express to my husband and the way in which I want to live our married life. Jenny's way of working through these things with us allowed me to see our wedding day as not just a day but rather, a beginning of a lifetime. - Olivia Everyone at the ceremony really enjoyed the wedding. The ceremony was special and not your typical wedding ceremony. Jennifer - I was very happy with your ideas and the way you carried out our ceremony. Thank you. - Eric
Thank you for performing our wedding ceremony, but thank you also for drawing us together in heart & mind. Eric and Olivia married and blended their families in a traditional ceremony at Redcliffe that included a Family Unity Candle.

The ceremony itself was especially moving for us and also our guests. - Christa and Barry who married aboard HMAS Diamantina at the Brisbane Maritime Museum.

Thank you so much - Maureen and Michael who married poolside at Michael's mother's home in a sunset ceremony that included a handfasting and other Celtic elements.

Thank you for guiding us through the marriage process. Our Ceremony was  so beautiful and meant so much to us. As emotional as the day was for me I’ll remember it with great love in my heart and gratitude to you for making our day so precious - K & G

Many thanks for the beautiful ceremony you created for our wedding. You helped to make the most important part of our day so special.  We so much appreciate all the exceptional efforts you made to have everything perfect for the day - far above and beyond what  was required. We really enjoyed working with you - it was a real privilege to share that special time in our relationship with such a kind, caring and professional celebrant. It was so helpful to have your advice in all that was required before and after our wedding also. Thank you for the special keepsakes you organised to ensure an unforgettable ceremony is remembered forever. With much appreciation.  - Laura and Casey, who married at the Latrobe Chapel.

From my intial website enquiry every aspect was made extremely easy. My enquiry was replied to within hours and the obligation-free meeting confirmed our good feelings about Jennifer. She was extremely professional, but friendly and welcoming, asking us about our relationship and wishes for the ceremony in order to make it personal and special for us. It did not feel that she was simply asking the same old routine questions that may be asked to every couple and that she was genuinely interested in getting to know us as a couple in order to design a unique experience just for us. The questionnaire made it easy for us to express out feelings on paper without the anxiety of writing our own vows. When we read the draft copies we both had tears in our eyes and couldn't believe how well our notes and dot points on the questionnaire had been sculpted into beautiful words. Jennifer was always prompt and punctual when scheduling feedback dates and for the rehearsal. Involving the families in the rehearsal also eased their nervousness on the big day and gave us the opportunity to ask any questions beforehand so everything ran smoothly on the day. At the ceremony Jennifer was well presented, courteous, and helpful. Sally & Corey, who included a Unity Candle lighting in their traditional ceremony held at Rydges, South Bank. And a second thank you from Sally & Corey: Just a big thank you for everything you did for us in preparation for, and on the day of our wedding on the 12th January. Everyone has been raving about the ceremony and how wonderfully creative and intimate it was. we had an absolute ball and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our photos also turned out incredibly well, due to your input and suggestions about positioning and layout of the ceremony. I know we will always remember the day as one of the best in our lives, thanks to your professionalism and assistance on our special day.   Many thanks again.

We felt comfortable with you from start to finish. You were very Lisa & Phil who were married at
Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens by Jennifer Cram,
Brisbane Wedding Celebrantprofessional. The ceremony itself was beautiful. It represented 'us' and was very intimate. Everyone was 'engaged' and said they felt involved. If we were to do it over again we wouldn't have changed anything. It was exactly what we wanted and more. Thank you! - Lisa and Phil who held their ceremony at Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens.

Thank you for making our ceremony both magical and memorable. It was wonderful to have you as our guide as we took this step together and your touches make the whole day run more smoothly. Our friends and family commented on how special the ceremony was - especially the references to the 'boys' and Mick's cleaning abilities! We couldn't have imagined a more perfect day. Thank you again for being part of it! Love, Mick and Bec, who married at Roma Street Parklands in a twilight ceremony that was a surprise for their guests. Happy New year to you and your family!  I know it's late but better late than never as they say.  We just want to say a BIG THANK YOU for a wonderful ceremony you have provided for us last month.  It was truly awesome and we can't thank you enough for your professionalism.  Despite extreme heat, it all worked out beautifully.  Thank you again. Eliza and Roy, who married in their own garden in a ceremony that included traditions celebrating their Filipino Heritage and included Eliza's daughter.

We would like to thank you for the fantastic wedding ceremony you did for us. It was just perfect & everything we both wished for. The atmosphere was relaxed & loving and we had the best time. Thanks also with all the help and advice you gave us for the preparation of the day and all the paperwork. We are so glad we chose you as we wouldn’t have been able to have the ceremony we wanted if it wasn’t for you and all your wonderful suggestions. May life always be kind to you. Once again, thanks heaps. We have such fantastic memories because of you. - Deb and Bruce who married under a chuppah in a ceremony rich in Jewish tradition.

You are a complete package Jennifer. You offer everything on your website we required, all of exceptional quality. Ability to help us out with words and directions was excellent. - Heidi and Michael, who held their combo wedding and naming ceremony for their two sons in a family oriented ceremony in their own garden.

Jenny, you were absolutely wonderful. You put an amazing ceremony together on our behalf. You pieced together so beautifully the journey of our relationship, not only were Kenneth and I moved by your words, but so was everybody else. You were so organised and that made Kenneth and I feel so at ease. You were very easy to keep in contact with and you were very persistent and quick with your work without it seeming rushed. Truly did put a lot of time and effort into making our special day magical. - Holly and Kenneth who married overseas and came back to Australia to reaffirm their vows in a formal ceremony with family and friends

The ceremony was very lovely, elegant, specified for our cultural background. - Zheng and Dongwei who married in an intimate ceremony at the City Botanic Gardens Cafe.

Thank-you
I can't really begin to put into words how amazing that ceremony was. We had people come up to us afterwards and explain that they had not
cried at their own wedding but found themselves in tears at ours.  I am not an emotional fellow generally speaking, however I could not help but be moved.  A formal thank you is being put together by Bridget however in the meantime, I wanted to thank you so very much for what you did.  Your attention to detail, care and experience really showed through.  You even had my stalwart best men in tears!! Thanks again Jennifer. - Mark [the Groom]. Mark and Bridget married in an emotional ceremony which brought friends and members of their families from all over the world. Held in the Fountain Courtyard at Hillstone St Lucia the ceremony incorporated a blessing by Mark's father. Their wedding is featured in current Hillstone St Lucia advertisements.

So many people commented how warm the ceremony was and how much they enjoyed it. Jennifer's relaxed personality and friendly smile made us feel immediately at ease. Her attention to detail and inventive suggestions helped make our wedding ceremony personalised and meaningful. We are so pleased that Jennifer shared the journey with us. - Paul and Erin who married at Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens in a ceremony that reflected their love for their dog, for each other, and for their families.

Dear Jenny,  We cannot thank you enough for the most wonderfully moving naming ceremony ever.  We were all so touched; there wasn’t a dry eye in the park!  We loved how you made Lily’s day so special and   personalised.  I have had phone calls from people tonight just to say how much they enjoyed the day, and how it was the best ceremony they have ever been to.  We thank you for being so amazingly talented at what you do; you have a very kind heart and that showed in your service.  Thank goodness we found your website! Our aim was to have a unique ceremony with vows that reflected us as a couple. you were both accommodating of our needs and had excellent suggestions for including our families and guests in the ceremony. You clearly explained the legal requirements where appropriate and all paperwork was taken care of in a professional manner. During the rehearsal you handled the emotions of family memebrs in a sensitive and careful manner, with a sense of humor. This ensured that people were relaxed during the ceremony. Your delivery of the ceremony was clear and most importantly, sincere. We appreciated both your personal and professional approach.
