Visa Weddings

I have a great deal of experience with assisting couples who are applying for a Prospective Marriage Visa (commonly referred to as a Fiance Visa) to allow the partner resident overseas to travel to Australia to marry.

If you decide to marry in Australia and then apply for a Spouse (Partner) Visa instead,  I can assist you by performing the ceremony and ensuring that all the appropriate paperwork is completed.

As a Marriage Celebrant authorised by the Commonwealth of Australia to perform civil marriages ceremonies, it will be my pleasure to assist you in either case. However, I cannot provide you with immigration information or advise you about which visa you should apply for. I strongly advise you to seek advice about those matters from a registered Migration Agent.

My husband and I had the privilege of having Jennifer Cram as our marriage celebrant many many years ago. This is how we first met. Our marriage traditions were somewhat different to the way it is usually conducted in Australia as we come from Iran and have the Persian culture but I was amazed how Jenny was accommodating and she did her own research and surprised not only us but the guests with her knowledge of the culture and implementing it with the Australian marriage ceremony.
